with a Roasted Beef Tenderloin with a Caesar Crust
Every year in late January, I have a dinner party for my very close “snow bird” friends, and of course, a few of my besties from South Florida. This dinner’s motive is to bring us all back together for the winter season with good food, wine, and a lot of laughs. I always try to make it as elaborate as my little kitchen will allow. We have the party on my patio and we do it buffet style. I also always try to mix it up with tried and true recipes, like the Roasted Beef Tenderloin recipe posted here, and I always also try a few new recipes on everyone. Everything was a hit this year, which was very satisfying. With my heritage being half Italian, I of course, always make way too much food! I thought I’d also share a copy of the menu along with the photos of some of the foods served. I hope you enjoy!
I had my camera out and ready to take photos of everyone at the table, but I got too busy and it slipped my mind… next year I’ll be smart enough to hand my camera over to one of my friends and hopefully, I’ll have more to show for our lovely evening together!
This Roasted Beef Tenderloin with a Caesar Crust will melt in your mouth. Not only is the Caesar crust yummy, but it helps to keep the beef moist and tender. This recipe is one of my holiday “go to” recipes. It never fails to please.
