Whether you’re storing a large pot or taking it to a friend’s house for a pot luck dinner, it’s hard to keep the lid on and not have it tip or make a huge mess.
Try inverting the lid and using double-sided Velcro wrapped over the top and over both handles. If you’re traveling with the pot full, I also recommend you put a sheet of heavy tin foil or plastic wrap over the pot with a little droop in the middle and then flip over the lid and secure with the Velcro.
