It seems like this year just flew by … We’ve had our more than fair share of scary hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, threats of nuclear attacks, and needless to say, our own personal heartbreaks and scary moments. I’m sure we’re all looking forward to some fun family holiday season, and we all deserve it!
So, now I can confidently say that the Holiday Season is upon us once again and with it comes all the parties and family gatherings. I’ve got an exceptionally nice holiday appetizer/hors d’oeuvres recipe to share with you. This recipe is super easy to mix and assemble and the finished product is beautiful, tasty and festive.
This holiday cheese spread is very yummy and your guests will rave over its simple but elegant beauty. I traditionally serve it on its own holiday platter with assorted crackers.
I’ve also been known to serve it on a large cheese board surrounded by wedges of hard and semi-soft cheeses, sliced hard salami, rolled prosciutto, olives and other cheese board items. I’ve also been known to sometimes decorate the cheese board with fresh cranberries and additional sprigs of rosemary for added holiday color. There’s so many ways to decorate a cheese board. I encourage you to use your imagination!
