I’m sure you’d agree that mixing flour or the dry ingredients for a recipe and handling the mixer all at the same time can be awkward and messy!
I use a large plastic measuring pitcher. I mix all my dry ingredients in the pitcher and whisk it all together, then I use a large bowl to mix all my wet ingredients together, and then it’s a lot less messy and a whole lot easier to hold the pitcher of dry ingredients in one hand and your mixer in the other. The spout on the plastic pitcher helps to keep the ingredients slowly flowing out without stopping and going, so you don’t have to keeps starting and stopping or having the dry ingredients going everywhere!
