Bucatini Pasta with Roasted Chestnuts, Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese

This earthy dish will bring you right into the heart of Tuscany! Perciatelli or bucatini is the closest pasta shape you will find that resembles the pici pasta that is used in Tuscany.   You can also easily substitute fresh pumpkin for the butternut squash if it’s in season.

  • strainer/colander
  • large high-sided skillet
  • baking sheet with sides
  • tin foil
  • small paring knife
  • cutting board
  • Chef’s knife
  • large slotted spoon
  • large wooden spoon
  • measuring cups and spoons
