I love the brine for these pork chops! For quite awhile after discovering this brine, I wouldn’t make a pork chop without brining it first! Proper brining will always keep your pork tender and juicy. If you are a lover of pork, you’ll love this recipe. This does pack a bit of heat with the red pepper flakes, but you can reduce or eliminate them if you’re not a lover of heat.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

- large Ziploc® baggie or large storage container
- shallow bowl
