Pinecone Holiday Cheese Spread

Instructions

1. Stir together both of the cream cheeses, the shredded cheddar cheese, the green onion, and the pepper. Shape into an oval and carefully place it on your serving dish; gently press down, and cover tightly. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
2. TIP: If you spray your silicone spatula with cooking spray, the cheeses won't stick so easily.
3. Lightly toast your pecans on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove the toasted pecans from the heat, and set aside to cool.
4. Starting at the bottom of the oval, arrange the pecan halves over the cheese in overlapping rows and work your way up to the top of the oval, leaving a little room to add the rosemary sprigs at the top.
5. Serve with your favorite assortment of crackers.
