A Cocktail to Lick Your Wounds …

I’ve got an interesting adult beverage that was concocted in honor of these dangerous and destructive storms called “The Hurricane Cocktail”.  It’s a great beverage to wind down after the storm!   I found this recipe on Google.com.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White rum (2 oz/60 ml/2 parts)
  • 2 oz Dark rum (2 oz/60 ml/2 parts)
  • 1 oz Lime juice (1 oz/30 ml/1 part)
  • 1 oz Lime juice (1 oz/30 ml/1 part)
  • 2 ox Passion fruit juice (2 oz/60 ml/2 parts)
  • ½ oz Simple syrup (1/2 oz/15 ml/1/2 part)
  • ½ oz Grenadine (1/2 oz/15 ml/1/2 part)
  • Shake in a cocktail tumbler and add ice (if there is any!)
